2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

8. Account Suspension & Closure
tk 4444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur. Suspension may be applied immediately and without prior notice in cases involving suspected fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, or technical abuse.
8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Upon receipt of a closure request, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts closed at the Player's request with a zero balance will be archived. 8.2 Consequences of Suspension
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's access to the Platform will be restricted and all pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold.
